Washington D.C. area modern metal band Silence The Requiem have announced that D.C./MD/VA musician Scott Tipton has joined as the band's brand new bass player.
"Silence The requiem fans get ready," states vocalist Alex Lupin. "I'm really excited to announce that musician Scott Tipton is going to be playing bass as a permanent member."
Scott is a local Washington DC native who has a massive musical background. As an accomplished bassist, guitarist, vocalist and digital composer of heavy music for over 30 years, bringing Scott on board helps Silence The Requiem to expand their sonic platform and it gives them an opportunity to push the boundaries of extreme music to even crazier & more interesting levels.
The band has been working very hard on completing new music for upcoming releases as well as a whole list of new content ideas, images, videos and merchandise designs. Stay tuned for more information as it comes available!
